Thank you very much guys for a pleasant stay in the picturesque town of Metz. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with good bathrooms and toiletries, as example and care about everyone. The staff is especially helpful and extremely helpful, that's an advantage. The location is comfortable, 1 mile from a new museum. The hotel is in very nice area, very close to the centre and a great restaurant called Quintessence and parks. The venue met expectation and I would like to come again.

Perfectly clean place with panoramic view on a park. Competent and attentive staff in the whole hotel. Excellent and unbeatable location near to the main square, France on the June solstice, and the restaurant " Le magasin aux vivres " with a car park. A good choice of food options not too far from the venue. Nothing to complain about, pleasant stay in the picturesque town of Metz.

The location is sensational. We could explore Metz on foot and also reach all the sights without any problems. The staff is mostly very friendly and the equipment meets the 4* standard. A trip to the brasserie at lunchtime is highly recommended. A reservation for the brasserie could be made easily via internet, including a confirmation of reservation. The equipment of the room was very comfortable and both the bathroom and the other rooms were very clean.
Although the food in the brasserie is very good and has an unbelievable price-performance ratio, for me, however, a special friendliness of the staff belongs to an outstanding restaurant experience. Also, the obligatory nightcap in the hotel bar that is practically integrated in the brasserie would have been even more pleasant if the staff would not have received private visitors late in the evening and would have been fooling around loudly. Whining on a quite high level.

Historic charm enhanced my stay, yet the shower needed better functionality.

The location and the mattress
If you're a mole, there's enough light in the room. The heating in the bathroom was broken. A radiator was brought after complaints, but if you know that guests are coming for the room, you may turn on the air conditioning before. In the morning coffee was missing, and on Saturday the room was not made, despite the time from half past nine to half past three and the sign on the door. For four stars and the price, it's pretty cheap. Then I got new towel and toilet paper myself. The location and the mattress were the best. And the fact that you stubbornly refuse to speak some German at eighty kilometers away from Germany, but Spanish instead, is a bit deliberate. But one likes to take the Euro. This attitude runs through everything including the available TV programs, with about 30 programs, only the first one? ?,

Very luxurious hotel with excellent service. The restaurant has 1 Michelin star and is very good. We loved the place and the location and can defenitely recommend the hotel.
The price of the cognac was a quit high (28 euro for a Hennesy). A little shock if the waiter suggest that and one order that without checking the price. Overall it was well worth it.

We had a marvellous Deluxe room on the top floor and it really was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a spacious, modern bathroom and a nice view. Breakfast was great, too, with most things apparently home-made (breads, jams, etc.). The staff were professional, helpful and discreet.
As others have already said, the lack of English-language tv channels (and Italian, for my husband) and the rather high costs of everything, including breakfast. Our bedroom windows were also rather dirty, which was a pity, given the lovely view. Slippers in the room would have been nice.

Very nice receipt and check in
TV receival was very bad. Unworthy the hotel. Toiletpaper, The roll to use and the spare roll were together hardly three quarters of a full roll. This is very unpleasant when you don't feel well. Towel of a former guest was still in the bathroom. The ventilation grids in the ceiling were not clean.
